Then move to developing a strategy to address the issues and achieve one's goals. Finally, address the typical stages and phases of an evolving negotiation and how differrent issues and goals will affect the planning process. First, negotiator have to understand one's key issue that they working on. Negotiator has to know the limit of how far the deal can go and is there other way they can go if the deal doesn't work. Clear the targat and set the opening point. Then the negotiator have to learn the other party target, strategy, drive, limit, and abillity. After that, plan the process by all the information. The last, define program and duty for both party.
